On 14 October 2022 RGL issued a Claim Form in the High Court in London, against Hargreaves Lansdown Asset Management Limited and Link Fund Solutions Limited, pursuing losses incurred as a result of the demise of the Woodford Equity Income Fund. Claims were issued on behalf of 3,214 Claimants.
