On 23 September 2021 a further Claim Form was issued as part of the RGL Group Litigation in the Chancery Division of the High Court in London, against Clydesdale Bank plc including Yorkshire Bank, now part of Virgin Money UK plc, and its former owner National Australia Bank Limited, on behalf of a further 265 SMEs, representing 435 individual loans.
