Our Ludlow office specialises in marketing, customer service, and communications and has a wealth of experience building and managing books of claimants. Using market-leading software, the team handles claimant onboarding, document execution and collation, and ongoing claimant communications.
Michael Green
Director
Michael is a solicitor with over 30 years’ experience of City-based litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution. Michael has extensive experience in acting for large claimant groups with a strong track-record of managing and hedging the risk and cost of legal proceedings. In 2010, Michael co-founded Enyo Law LLP, a specialist commercial litigation practice, prior to which he was a Partner at Addleshaw Goddard LLP.
Tony Lahert

Tony is a highly experienced executive having held multiple board and general management positions in multinationals such as BAT across a 30-year career. Tony was previously Managing Director of Argos and European CEO of Keith Johnson and Pelling Limited. Tony has broad experience in marketing, book-building and claimant management.

Harriet is a solicitor with over 15 years’ experience of complex litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. Harriet has specialist expertise in group litigation, insurance and arbitration and was recognised by Legal 500 (2024) for her work representing claimants in group litigation.
Neil Hargreaves
Head of Operations
With over 40 years’ experience at Director level in SMEs in a variety of sectors, and a broad-ranging skillset that includes marketing, customer service and operations, Neil was a valuable, integral member of the founding team behind the creation of RGL. Based at our Ludlow office, Neil oversees all aspects of our customer-facing operations.
Joanne Ward
Financial Controller
With more than 30 years’ experience in Finance roles within the highly-regulated insurance sector, and 15 years as an FCCA, Joanne is a dedicated, commercial and technically strong finance leader. She manages all aspects of RGL’s complex financial management function, including funding, insurances, forecasting, and statutory and management reporting.
Katie Halford
Senior Litigation Manager
Katie’s primary role is to liaise with RGL’s appointed law firms on claimant matters, including the preparation of Claim Form information and collateral, quantum analysis, and issues arising during the litigation process. This includes communication with Insolvency Practitioners, Trustees in Bankruptcy, and Executors of estates. Katie joined RGL in 2017 after completing a Graduate Diploma in Law, with previous experience in customer service, operations and change management across a variety of sectors.
Sharon Bryan
Litigation Manager
Sharon joined RGL in 2020, bringing a wealth of experience in office management, customer service, operations, and claims management, in the Insurance and Legal sectors. Sharon manages the day-to-day running of our Ludlow Customer Service and Operations office, liaising with potential claimants, supervising the collection, validation and preparation of information, documentation and collateral, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the claimant journey.

Anna has worked in digital marketing for over a decade - both agency and client-side. Her strategic, as well as tactical, muti-disciplined, integrated approach encompassing SEO, PPC, social media and content marketing, enables us to efficiently, and cost-effectively identify and reach potential claimants, and support existing claimants.

With a wealth of experience in all aspects of sales and marketing, Bill provides valuable pro-active support in the development of our claimant acquisition strategies, the creation of strategic and tactical multi-media marketing plans, web development, graphic design, print and media buying, and customer retention programmes.

With over 25 years’ experience in online marketing – both in-house and as an independent consultant, Jonathan works closely with our Operations team to provide a high level of service in website design and implementation, database management, SEO and online marketing support, IT and cyber security services. His efficiency and flexibility enable us to quickly react to new opportunities and adapt to changing circumstances.
